Clinch Memorial Foundation
In 2018, the Clinch Memorial Foundation was established to ensure quality health care in the community for future generations. As a rural, independent critical access hospital, Clinch Memorial faces many challenges and needs. Support from private citizens and local businesses help provide the latest medical technology, upgrade antiquated equipment and existing facilities, and improve patient care. The hospital is a not-for-profit and tax exempt organization - Section 501 (c)3. Contributions are tax deductible as provided by law.
How to Support Your Local Hospital
Clinch Memorial Foundation welcomes corporate, professional and individual support to further the mission and vision of the hospital. Giving opportunities include unrestricted annual gifts, gifts of stock, real estate or personal property. The Foundation has a well established gift planning program to assist donors with gifts such as charitable remainder trusts and endowments, gift annuities and bequests.
Join the 1957 Society
The Society, named in honor of the founding year Clinch County’s first public hospital, continues the tradition of those community members who saw the need and met the challenge. We recognize these donors for their annual gift to the Foundation. Annual gifts are a great way to ensure quality health care is sustained in our community. Below are the 2024 Annual Campaign contribution levels:
- $100 - Bronze Level: 4x8 Brick Paver
- $500 - Gold Level: 8x8 Brick Paver
- $1,000+ - Platinum Level: 12x12 Granite Paver
1957 Society donors receive the following recognition:
- Annual hallway recognition
- Listing in Annual Report
- In 2024, members of the 1957 Society will receive permanent recognition in the hospital's new Patient and Community Healing Garden.
Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Clinch Memorial Foundation welcomes memorial and tribute gifts to honor a special relative, friend, or associate. These gifts are given to provide a meaningful, lifetime recognition, or to celebrate a loved one’s special occasion. Donations may be unrestricted or designated for a specific purpose or area in the hospital. A notification is sent to the honoree or to the family, in the case of a memorable gift. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed.
