About Clinch Memorial Hospital

Located in Southeast Georgia, Clinch Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Homerville, Clinch County, and surrounding counties. Clinch Memorial was originally founded in 1957 as a 48-bed rural community hospital and moved to a new facility in Homerville in 2007.


To preserve and enhance the lives of Clinch County and surrounding communities by enabling timely access to a comprehensive network of affordable, high quality health services delivered with kindness, integrity, and respect.
